A Democratic county commissioner from the Appalachian region of Southern Ohio takes on the coal mining interests and the Republican Party, in this political thriller by B. Iden Payne Award-winner Hans Frank.

Ham features Ken Bradley, David Jones, Andrea Skola, Joel Citty, Joel Gross, Scott Daigle, and Carra Martinez, and is directed by HPT Artistic Director Ken Webster. The design team includes HPT's Don Day (light design), Diane Morrison (costumes), Hans Frank (sound), and Paul Davis (sets).

The show runs at 8pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, September 2-25. Every Thursday is Pay What You Can night; Friday and Saturday tickets are $16 ($14 for students, seniors, and ACOT members). Hyde Park Theatre is located at 511 W. 43rd Street. For reservations call 479-PLAY (7529).
